Why Hire Me as Your Doula?

- I provide continuity of care. In all but the rarest of circumstances, I remain by your side throughout your labor and birth.
- I believe in transparent pricing. I charge one flat rate with no hidden fees, and I never charge extra for phone calls, emails, or text support.
My Service includes…
- A complimentary, no-obligation interview held in a public venue (such as a coffee shop)
- Two prenatal meetings held in my home office or in your home
- Creation of a written birth vision tailored to your wishes and preferences
- 24-hour phone and email support
- On-call availability beginning one week prior to your estimated due date
- Continuous, uninterrupted support throughout labor, birth, and the initial postpartum period
- One postpartum follow-up visit
- Access to my lending library of books and educational videos
- Basic breastfeeding support and guidance
To each birth, I bring with me my doula comfort bag! My bag is full of massage tools, essential oils and lotions, hot and cold rice socks, a rebozo, birthing ball, resource materials, relaxation music, flameless candles, copies of your birth plan, and any other items that we may decide will be essential for you to achieve the perfect birthing experience.
A 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of my contract. The remaining 50% is payable within 6 weeks of giving birth. Please do not hesitate to discuss finances with me. I can work with you on the fee so you get the amount you can afford and great support!
Childbirth Education Classes
I also offer a basic childbirth preparedness class, designed to fit your schedule and availability. This personalized, hands-on class covers what to expect during labor and delivery, comfort measures, breathing techniques, pushing, breastfeeding basics, and postpartum care. Classes are held in my home office and are interactive whenever possible to help you feel confident and prepared.
